Sustainability:

Veg-Fresh Farms truly cares for the world outside of our four walls. Our community is a global, national and local one and we are dedicated to its protection and conservation.

• We only source from growers and shippers that adhere to sustainable growing conditions
• All our packaging is composed of 50% recycled materials
• Our food waste is used as livestock feed, our cardboard and plastic is crushed and recycled, and all pallets are rebuilt and refurbished
• We are expanding use of Reusable Plastic Containers (RPC’s) and iGPS reusable pallets, lessening our reliance on cardboard and wood
• We are investing in newer vehicles with lower emissions
• Our facility/warehouse lighting has been changed to be more energy efficient and cooler burning
